  • Do you work directly with my insurance company/agent? 

Yes, but the customer will need to give us the approval to start repairs, after the insurance 

                  company gives them approval.


  • Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?

 No. You may stop by during our business hours to receive an estimate.


  • How much do estimates cost

Estimates are FREE!


  • Do I need to make an appointment and how soon will my car get in?

 Yes, an appointment is necessary to get your vehicle repaired in a timely matter. 

 We will do our best to get your vehicle in as soon as possible.


  • How long will the repairs take?

 It varies. Once an estimate is written an approximate length of time will be made.


  • What type of vehicles do you work on?  

All makes and models.


  • Can we match paint colors exactly?

 Absolutely


  • Are cars and trucks the only items you paint?

 No. We can paint trailers, RV’s and anything in between.

 If you have a special request please feel free to call or stop by with your inquiry.


  • Can you do custom painting such as flames, etc? 

Yes. Our expert painters can create detailed custom designs.


  • Can I have my vehicle towed to your body shop? 

Yes. If your car is being towed to us during business hours please call at that time to

         make further  arrangements.

 If it is after hours, please call at the beginning of the following business day.

  • What happens with the tow bill?

 The bill from the towing will be added on the estimate.


  • What forms of payments are accepted?

  Cash, insurance checks, credit cards, and personal checks with a bank approval.
